In the heart of the Loire Valley, Domaine de la Pépinière radiates history and authenticity. What was once a thriving 19th-century farm now extends over 85 hectares, offering a natural escape where adventure and tranquillity coexist.

Our journey begins in 1802, marked by the vision of the Prefect of Loir et Cher. The creation of the departmental nursery at Chouzy saw thousands of trees planted, foreshadowing our current commitment to nature and conservation. Under the innovative direction of Mr Rattier, the estate was transformed into a centre for agricultural experimentation, notably through the introduction of silkworm rearing.

Despite the challenges of the following centuries, the spirit of the Pépinière survived, inspiring the rebirth of the estate as LOISIRS LOIRE VALLEY. Today, we honour our heritage by offering a diverse range of leisure activities, from wilderness archery and microlight flights to unique sensory experiences such as our barefoot trail.
